Voici deux exemples d\u2019installations, avec des co\u00fbts et des subventions diff\u00e9rentes, mais tous les deux en vente de la totalit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Relever les 2 cas sur votre cahier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Cas n\u00b01 :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Installation de 2 kWc (2 kilowatt cr\u00eate) sur une <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">maison de plus de 2 ans<\/span> (<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">TVA \u00e0 5,5%<\/span>). Pose en \u201csurimposition\u201d sur toiture (pas de reprise d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Panneaux photovolta\u00efques classiques avec cadres Supports \u201cbasiques\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Co\u00fbt total de l\u2019installation 20\u00a0000\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>Co\u00fbt des raccordements 600\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Subvention de la r\u00e9gion\u00a0: 3\u00a0000\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4ts\u00a0: 6\u00a0800\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Frais annuels\u00a0: 56\u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Cas n\u00b02 :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Installation de 2 kWc sur une <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">maison neuve<\/span> en construction (<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">TVA 19,6%<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>Int\u00e9gration en couverture \u00e9tanche Panneaux standard int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un support sp\u00e9cifique (surco\u00fbt estim\u00e9 \u00e0 10 %)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co\u00fbt total de l\u2019installation 22\u00a0000\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>Co\u00fbt des raccordements 600\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Subvention de la r\u00e9gion\u00a0: 3\u00a0000\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4ts\u00a0: 8\u00a0000\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Frais annuels\u00a0: 56\u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Sur ces 2 exemples, calculer ( relever les tableaux dans votre cahier):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le total des subventions\u00a0(TS)<\/strong> correspondant \u00e0 la somme du cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t et des subventions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le co\u00fbt final de l\u2019installation (CF)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Le revenu brut annuel de l\u2019installation\u00a0RB<\/strong>; la production annuelle (PA) \u00e9tant de 3\u00a0300kWh et le prix de vente (PV) du kWh \u00e9tant fix\u00e9 \u00e0 0,56\u20ac\/kWh dans le cas le plus favorable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le revenu net (RN)<\/strong>, en fonction du revenu annuel de l\u2019installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9duire le temps d\u2019amortissement<\/strong>.
