Chacun d\u2019entre vous apporte 2500 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Modalit\u00e9s de travail<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Travail par groupe de 3-4 personnes OBLIGATOIREMENT<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Partage du travail au sein de groupe<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><u>Evaluation<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tout au long du projet, vous r\u00e9aliserez un fichier avec le traitement de texte google doc de votre drive (en vous connectant avec technoblog(x)@clg-alougnon.ac-reunion.fr).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ce fichier sera ranger dans un dossier \u00ab\u00a0projet solaire\u00a0\u00bb qui se trouvera lui m\u00eame dans le dossier de la classe.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #000000\"><strong>Ce dossier comprendra\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">une page de garde comprenant les noms des \u00e9l\u00e8ves du groupe, la classe, le logo de l\u2019entreprise et \u00e9ventuellement des illustrations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">une page de sommaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Les statuts de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>le logo.<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de la concurrence.<\/li>\n<li>La publicit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Prix d&rsquo;une annonce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Les pages devront \u00eatre num\u00e9rot\u00e9es (sauf la page de garde).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Les fautes d\u2019orthographe devront \u00eatre corrig\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">La pr\u00e9sentation devra \u00eatre soign\u00e9e (titre en gras, texte justifi\u00e9 des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, pr\u00e9sentation des tableaux, etc.).<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Une conclusion essayera de d\u00e9terminer ce que la r\u00e9alisation de ce projet vous a apport\u00e9 sur le plan personnel et collectif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>L\u2019\u00e9valuation prendra en compte\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>le soin port\u00e9 au dossier<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>la pertinence des r\u00e9ponses<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>l\u2019autonomie des diff\u00e9rents groupes<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>le s\u00e9rieux des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e8ves lors des s\u00e9ances<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>l\u2019originalit\u00e9 et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 des groupes<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Plusieurs notes seront donc attribu\u00e9es pour un m\u00eame dossier.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000;background-color: #339966\">Etape 1\u00a0: cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019entreprise<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Quel statut juridique choisir ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Quel capital faut-il pour commencer ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Quel nom donner \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Quel logo va avoir notre entreprise ?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Dans cette \u00e9tape, vous allez essayer de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces diff\u00e9rentes questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>1.1. Cr\u00e9ez un nouveau dossier sur votre disque que vous nommerez PROJET SOLAIRE<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>1.2. Choisir le statut juridique<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">En annexe 1, vous allez trouver un tableau qui compare les diff\u00e9rents statuts juridiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Lisez ce document et pr\u00e9sentez, sous google doc, un argumentaire qui pr\u00e9sente votre choix de statut juridique avec les avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>1.3. Donner un nom \u00e0 votre entreprise<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Attention, ce nom doit respecter certaines formalit\u00e9s ! Consultez l\u2019annexe 2\u00a0 afin de trouver un nom qui soit vendeur. Expliquez le choix de votre nom<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>1.4. R\u00e9diger les statuts de l&rsquo;entreprise<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Dans les ressources, vous allez trouver un exemple r\u00e9dig\u00e9 de statut de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (annexe 3).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">A l&rsquo;aide des \u00e9tapes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, saisissez, les statuts (contrat de soci\u00e9t\u00e9) de votre entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>1.5. Cr\u00e9er le logo<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">A l\u2019aide de l\u2019outil informatique r\u00e9aliser le logo de votre entreprise.
