R\u00c9INSCRIPTION<\/strong> DE VOTRE ENFANT POUR <\/strong>L\u2019ANN\u00c9E<\/strong> SCOLAIRE 2020 \/ 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ATTENTION !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– TOUT DOSSIER INCOMPLET NE SERA PAS TRAIT\u00c9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– LES MANUELS SCOLAIRES DOIVENT \u00caTRE RENDUS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– SI LA DEMI-PENSION N\u2019A PAS \u00c9T\u00c9 PAY\u00c9E POUR L\u2019ANN\u00c9E SCOLAIRE 2019\/2020, L\u2019\u00c9L\u00c8VE SERA AUTOMATIQUEMENT EXTERNE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-LES DOSSIERS PAPIERS SERONT REMIS AUX ELEVES EN PRESENTIEL. LES ELEVES EN DISTANCIEL POURRONT RETIRE UN DOSSIER A COMPTER DU 02\/06\/20 AU 05\/06\/20 A L’ACCUEIL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proc\u00e9dure de r\u00e9inscription :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. V<\/strong>\u00e9rifier<\/strong> les renseignements sur la fiche vie scolaire (adresse, num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l \u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– adresse mail obligatoire (autre que hotmail)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– mettre les modifications en rouge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– la personne \u00e0 contacter en cas d\u2019urgence doit \u00eatre une tierce personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– signer en bas de page<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Remplir et signer<\/strong> (ces documents sont disponibles dans l’espace parents)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– La fiche cyclonique <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– L\u2019autorisation de sortie<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-L’autorisation photos<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– La fiche de cantine (DP ou EXT). Si DP joindre un RIB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. J<\/strong>oindre aux documents<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 2 photos d\u2019identit\u00e9 r\u00e9centes (-6 mois)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Un justificatif d\u2019adresse (si changement)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019ensemble des documents, d\u00fbment remplis et sign\u00e9s, devra \u00eatre rapport\u00e9 au coll\u00e8ge du 8 au 11 juin selon le calendrier suivant :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

la proc\u00e9dure de r\u00e9inscription se fera en m\u00eame temps que la restitution des manuels scolaires. En raison des conditions sanitaires, l\u2019acc\u00e8s au coll\u00e8ge est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 uniquement aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves (port du masque obligatoire).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

RETOUR DES MANUELS SCOLAIRES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les manuels scolaires seront retourn\u00e9s au coll\u00e8ge en D05 selon le planning suivant : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lundi 8 juin<\/strong> : retour des manuels des 6e de 7h30 \u00e0 11h00 et de 13h \u00e0 15h<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mardi 9 juin <\/strong>: retour des manuels des 5e de 7h30 \u00e0 11h00 et de 13h \u00e0 15h<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeudi 11 juin <\/strong>: retour des manuels des 4e de 7h30 \u00e0 11h00 et de 13h \u00e0 15h<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vendredi 12 juin<\/strong> : cr\u00e9neau pour les retardataires de 7h30 \u00e0 11h00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Protocole de restitution : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Seuls les \u00e9l\u00e8ves seront autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 ramener leurs manuels \/ MASQUE OBLIGATOIRE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Tous les manuels doivent \u00eatre rendus couverts et \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s au NOM et CLASSE de l’\u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le retour des livres non conformes sera refus\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Lot de manuels complet : tout lot incomplet sera refus\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
