{"id":5441,"date":"2025-04-18T14:53:42","date_gmt":"2025-04-18T10:53:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/etab.ac-reunion.fr\/clg-la-chatoire\/?p=5441"},"modified":"2025-04-18T14:53:42","modified_gmt":"2025-04-18T10:53:42","slug":"the-recipe-of-the-pate-creole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/etab.ac-reunion.fr\/clg-la-chatoire\/the-recipe-of-the-pate-creole\/","title":{"rendered":"The recipe of the \u00ab\u00a0P\u00e2t\u00e9 Cr\u00e9ole\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet Erasmus KA2 \u00ab\u00a0H\u00e9ritage Culturel\u00a0\u00bb, nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves Ameline et Lorenza ont travaill\u00e9 sur la mise en valeur et la pr\u00e9servation de la cuisine r\u00e9unionnaise.<br>Elles ont \u00e9galement fait un travail de pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;une recette r\u00e9unionnaise typique, le P\u00e2t\u00e9 Cr\u00e9ole, qu&rsquo;elles ont souhait\u00e9 partag\u00e9 avec leurs correspondants Erasmus \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the Erasmus KA2 \u00ab\u00a0Cultural Heritage\u00a0\u00bb project, our students Ameline and Lorenza worked on promoting and preserving R\u00e9union cuisine.
