LA PR\u00c9PARATION ET LA CUISSON DU RIZ\n                        \n                        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser le riz dans un grand bol d&rsquo;eau et le laisser reposer pendant 5 min afin d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer l&rsquo;amidon.<br> R\u00e9p\u00e9ter cette action une seconde fois.<br> Verser alors le riz dans un autocuiseur avec 110% de son volume en eau et laisser cuire pendant 10 minutes. <br> <br> Une fois le riz cuit, le r\u00e9server dans un plat et ajouter le vinaigre de riz ainsi que le sucre et le sel.                                                                                                                                                    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">                                                                             2. LA R\u00c9ALISATION DES SUSHIS <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commencer par couper le saumon en 2 puis le tailler en fines lamelles dans le sens des fibres.<br> S&rsquo;humidifier les main pour \u00e9viter que le riz ne colle et r\u00e9aliser des  petites poign\u00e9es de riz et bien serrer. Leur donner une forme arrondie.
