Cette ann\u00e9e 2020\/2021, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 3\u00e8me et 4\u00e8me de<\/span>
\nSEGPA ERE d\u00e9couvrent quelques vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de l\u00e9gumes<\/span>
\nd\u2019autrefois.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Consomm\u00e9s crus ou cuits, transform\u00e9s en huile ou<\/span>
\nutilis\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicinales, ces v\u00e9g\u00e9taux se sont<\/span>
\nadapt\u00e9s aux climats de l\u2019ile et sont relativement<\/span>
\nr\u00e9sistants aux insectes ravageurs.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Ces l\u00e9gumes lontan ont alors tout naturellement pris place sur les espaces <\/span>verts du coll\u00e8ge.<\/span><\/h4>\n
