{"id":7651,"date":"2021-11-18T14:44:28","date_gmt":"2021-11-18T11:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/college-milleroches.ac-reunion.fr\/?p=7651"},"modified":"2021-11-18T14:45:05","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T11:45:05","slug":"decouverte-des-metiers-rencontre-de-la-302-avec-des-policiers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/etab.ac-reunion.fr\/clg-mille-roches\/decouverte-des-metiers-rencontre-de-la-302-avec-des-policiers\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9couverte  des m\u00e9tiers : rencontre de la 302 avec des policiers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le lundi 25 octobre 2021, dans le cadre du projet \u201cD\u00e9couverte des m\u00e9tiers\u201d , 4 policiers du commissariat de Saint- Andr\u00e9 sont venus faire une intervention dans la classe de 302.<\/p>\n<p>Il y avait\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>un cadet de la r\u00e9publique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>un policier adjoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>un gardien de la paix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>un major<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ils nous ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les m\u00e9tiers de la police et les conditions d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p>Pour devenir cadet de la R\u00e9publique il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;avoir un dipl\u00f4me, il suffit de compl\u00e9ter un dossier de candidature et d&rsquo;\u00e9crire une lettre de motivation.<\/p>\n<p>Il y 3 tests \u00e0 passer :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; test psychotechnique<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; test physique<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; test oral.<\/p>\n<p>Si notre candidature est retenue nous faisons une formation d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e. Elle se fait \u00e0 la base 181 de Gillot du lundi au vendredi en internat.<\/p>\n<p>Le salaire est de 540 euros.<\/p>\n<p>A la fin de la formation nous pouvons devenir policier adjoint.<\/p>\n<p>Pour devenir policier adjoint nous devons soit passer un concours puis faire une formation de 3 mois en m\u00e9tropole, soit \u00eatre cadet de la R\u00e9publique.<\/p>\n<p>Le policier adjoint a un contrat de 3 ans renouvelable 1 fois. Il doit pr\u00e9parer un ou plusieurs concours de la police pendant ces 6 ans. Le salaire d&rsquo;un policier adjoint est de 1300 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Les qualit\u00e9s pour \u00eatre policier sont la motivation et la disponibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Travailler dans la Police Nationale permet d&rsquo;avoir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#8217;emploi et une \u00e9volution du salaire (en fonction du grade et de l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Nous remercions les policiers d&rsquo;\u00eatre venus dans la classe et d&rsquo;avoir fait cette intervention tr\u00e8s vivante et captivante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color:
