Une bouteille magique qui contient un liquide \u00e9trange\u2026 Au d\u00e9but incolore, le liquide (m\u00e9lange de glucose, d\u2019hydroxyde de sodium,&nbsp; et d\u2019un colorant bleu appel\u00e9 bleu de m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne) devient bleu apr\u00e8s avoir secou\u00e9 la bouteille. Puis, la coloration bleue dispara\u00eet en quelques minutes (vid\u00e9o acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e). Le liquide redevient incolore, puis \u00e0 nouveau bleu en secouant la bouteille\u2026 Magique !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me exp\u00e9rience \u00e9tonnante r\u00e9alis\u00e9e est l\u2019arbre de Diane. Le bleu de m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne est bleu en pr\u00e9sence de dioxyg\u00e8ne , et il devient incolore en l\u2019absence de dioxyg\u00e8ne. En agitant la bouteille, on y dissout du O2 : le liquide est bleu. Puis, lentement, le glucose r\u00e9agit avec le dioxyg\u00e8ne : il y a alors de moins en moins de dioxyg\u00e8ne et la solution redevient progressivement incolore. En secouant la bouteille, le O2 de l\u2019air se dissout dans le liquide : le bleu de m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne redevient bleu, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. L\u2019arbre de Diane fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la d\u00e9esse romaine de la chasse Diane qui avait des fl\u00e8ches en argent. Il y a un \u00e9change d\u2019\u00e9lectrons entre le cuivre m\u00e9tallique et les ions argent de la solution de nitrate d\u2019argent.
