Les 6, 7 et 8 septembre dernier, le Lyc\u00e9e H\u00f4telier Christian Antou \u00e9tait invit\u00e9 \u00e0 tenir un stand au Salon Veezit, premier salon international du tourisme et des loisirs de l\u2019oc\u00e9an Indien. Pendant tout le week-end \u00e0 la Nordev, nos professeurs de cuisine Kevin Defrance, de p\u00e2tisserie Julien Leveneur et de commercialisation et services Michel Enguehard, accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves de 1\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de BTS et de MCCDR, y ont assur\u00e9s des d\u00e9monstrations et d\u00e9gustations culinaires.
