\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 The 2 STHR class hosted the Italian delegation in our seminar room last Tuesday . A lot of them had brought fruits from the family gardens – passion fruits, mangoes, dragon fruits, pineapples, combavas ….. Some of them had cooked in their kitchen or brought homemade products like jams,fruit syrups, pancakes, fruit doughnuts and even black pudding! The mise en place had been prepared earlier by the class of CAP commercialisation et services en caf\u00e9 restaurant et brasserie. It was a great moment of discovery and sharing! \ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7 La classe de 2 STHR a accueilli la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation italienne dans notre salle de s\u00e9minaire mardi dernier. Beaucoup d’entre eux avaient apport\u00e9 des fruits des jardins familiaux – fruits de la passion, mangues, fruits du dragon, ananas, combavas ….. Certains d’entre eux avaient cuisin\u00e9 dans leur cuisine ou apport\u00e9 des produits maison comme des confitures, des sirops de fruits, des cr\u00eapes, des beignets aux fruits et m\u00eame du boudin noir ! La mise en place avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en amont par la classe de CAP commercialisation et services en caf\u00e9 restaurant et brasserie. \ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf9 Marted\u00ec scorso, la classe 2 STHR ha ospitato nella nostra aula seminariale la delegazione italiana. Molti di loro hanno portato i frutti dei loro giardini: frutti della passione, mango, dragon fruit, ananas, combavi e molto altro. Alcuni di loro hanno cucinato in cucina o hanno portato in dono prodotti fatti in casa come marmellate, sciroppi di frutta, frittelle, ciambelle alla frutta e persino sanguinaccio! La mise en place era stata preparata in precedenza dalla classe di CAP commercialisation et services en caf\u00e9, restaurant et brasserie. \u00c8 stato un grande momento di scoperta e condivisione!
