Tr\u00e8s rapidement, s\u2019est impos\u00e9e \u00e0 nous la volont\u00e9 que de partager cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement avec les partenaires professionnels du r\u00e9seau, \u00e0 savoir ceux qui accueillent et accompagnent nos jeunes lors de leurs p\u00e9riodes de formation en milieu professionnel et bien \u00e9videmment, ceux qui les forment au quotidien dans le cadre de leurs contrats d\u2019apprentissage\u00a0: les ma\u00eetres d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9alisation de ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu possible notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la participation de nos partenaires :<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>le Groupe Foucque et l&rsquo;H\u00f4tel le Boucan Canot.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette riche semaine, alternera donc<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>formations<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et apprentis et<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>masterclass<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>aupr\u00e8s des professionnels.<\/p>\n<p>La masterclass (ou classe de ma\u00eetre) consistera en une<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>formation professionnelle intensive d\u2019une dur\u00e9e d\u2019une journ\u00e9e qui permettra \u00e0 chacun de ses b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d\u2019approfondir ses connaissances et de s\u2019initier \u00e0 la culture de l\u2019excellence<\/strong>.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Du\u00a0lundi 11 au vendredi 15 avril, \u00a0les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, les apprentis, leurs enseignants et formateurs comme les professionnels du secteur vont pouvoir s\u2019exercer aupr\u00e8s des meilleurs et s\u2019initier \u00e0 l\u2019excellence dans diff\u00e9rents ateliers :\u00a0la boulangerie, la glacerie et l\u2019art des cocktails.
