Enfin, en 2019 (trois ans seulement apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de son dipl\u00f4me !), elle ouvre son restaurant \u00e0 Terre Sainte (Saint-Pierre) : Le Papichulo, un \u00e9tablissement aux sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s latino-am\u00e9ricaines d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 40 couverts. Depuis, elle g\u00e8re cet \u00e9tablissement avec son conjoint et associ\u00e9 tout en faisant de nombreux voyages en m\u00e9tropole, au Mexique et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en Am\u00e9rique latine afin d\u2019optimiser ses techniques culinaires et d\u2019en rapporter des produits typiques.<\/p>\n
