Apr\u00e8s son dernier stage d\u2019\u00e9tudes au Diana Dea Lodge, l\u2019h\u00f4tel 5* de Sainte-Anne lui propose un premier CDD de dix mois en tant que commis. Elle est ensuite renouvel\u00e9e en CDI au poste de chef de partie. Un an plus tard, apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part de Sarah Asgaraly (une autre ancienne \u00e9l\u00e8ve du lyc\u00e9e), elle est propuls\u00e9e Cheffe p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. Elle reste trois ans en poste, puis d\u00e9cide de tenter une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience au restaurant Le Bocage, \u00e0 Sainte-Suzanne. Elle y glanera notamment le titre de Cheffe p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re de l\u2019ann\u00e9e au Guide Kaspro 2022.
