Vous d\u00e9couvrirez lors de votre navigation, les temps forts de ces 6 derniers mois, au sein du <strong>CRBTP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LES COULISSES DU BTP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise du BTP organise \u00ab\u00a0Les Coulisses du BTP\u00a0\u00bb, une op\u00e9ration Portes Ouvertes de chantiers et d\u2019ateliers, d\u2019habitude ferm\u00e9s au public.<\/p>\n<p>Cette action est \u00e9galement men\u00e9e \u00e0 la R\u00e9union par le biais de la FRBTP (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration R\u00e9unionnaise du B\u00e2timent et des Travaux Publics). Plusieurs classes pr\u00e9parant une formation professionnelle relevant du BTP, ont eu le privil\u00e8ge de visiter diff\u00e9rents chantiers. Vous trouverez un aper\u00e7u ci-dessous de 2 classes en visite, dont une, qui tenait un stand, sur un des sites.<\/p>\n<p>Le vendredi 7 octobre 2016, nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves se sont rendus sur les sites Paul Moreau, Bois d\u2019Olive, Amiral Lacaze, Roland Garros<\/h5>\n<p>A cette occasion, les finalistes des \u00ab\u00a0Olympiades des M\u00e9tiers\u00a0\u00bb relevant du p\u00f4le BTP ont anim\u00e9 des stands (m\u00e9tallerie, b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, plomberie, peinture et d\u00e9coration). Les visiteurs ont eu le privil\u00e8ge de d\u00e9couvrir les finalistes qui repr\u00e9senteront les couleurs de la R\u00e9union au concours National, qui se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 Bordeaux (du 9 au 11 mars 2017). Tout au long de leurs pr\u00e9sences au salon, des d\u00e9monstrations \u00e9taient r\u00e9alis\u00e9es afin de sensibiliser les visiteurs, sur leurs m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1944\" f\u00e9vrier 2017, au CREPS de la Plaine des Cafres. Ils ont poursuivi leur pr\u00e9paration physique et mentale avec leurs coachs. Une chor\u00e9graphie a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, sous la houlette de Latifa et de Thierry GAULIRIS. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant de repr\u00e9senter la R\u00e9union et son multiculturalisme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECYCLAGE FORMATION TRAVAUX EN HAUTEUR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tout emploi en lien avec le BTP, qui exige une comp\u00e9tence en Travaux en Hauteur, requiert une habilitation pour pouvoir exercer dans ce domaine. La validit\u00e9 de la formation arrive \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance au bout de 5 ann\u00e9es\u00a0; avant \u00e9ch\u00e9ance, les personnes habilit\u00e9es effectuent ce que l\u2019on appelle un \u00ab\u00a0recyclage\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le \u00ab\u00a0recyclage\u00a0\u00bb en Travaux en Hauteur permet de mettre \u00e0 jour ses connaissances concernant le choix et l\u2019utilisation des <strong>E<\/strong>quipements de <strong>P<\/strong>rotection <strong>I<\/strong>ndividuelle (<strong>EPI<\/strong>) et des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019arr\u00eat des chutes, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9grer dans sa pratique professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>C<\/strong>entre de <strong>R<\/strong>essources du <strong>BTP<\/strong>, a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 l\u2019organisation de ces formations\u00a0; diff\u00e9rentes sessions seront organis\u00e9es tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. L\u2019objectif de cette journ\u00e9e du vendredi 25 novembre 2016, \u00e9tait de mettre en relation les professionnels du monde de l\u2019entreprise et les \u00e9quipes p\u00e9dagogiques, sur les diff\u00e9rentes probl\u00e9matiques que chacun rencontrent.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs \u00ab\u00a0tables rondes\u00a0\u00bb, constitu\u00e9es de l\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique et de professionnels, proposaient diff\u00e9rentes th\u00e9matiques\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stage \u2013 Mode d\u2019emploi,<\/li>\n<li>Comment accueillir un \u00e9l\u00e8ve mineur en entreprise\u00a0?<\/li>\n<li>Synergie \u2013 Regard crois\u00e9 li\u00e9 \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9vention des Risques Professionnels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour chacun des Lyc\u00e9es, la matin\u00e9e \u00e9tait consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la visite de coll\u00e9giens (les Coll\u00e8ges\u00a0: H\u00e9gesippe Hoarau, le Ruisseau, Plateau Goyave, Jean Lafosse, Leconte de Lisle, Alsace Corr\u00e9, Simon Lucas et Aim\u00e9 C\u00e9saire), qui ont pu d\u00e9couvrir les fili\u00e8res en lien avec le BTP. Les ateliers de chaque Lyc\u00e9es \u00e9taient aussi accessibles aux professionnels, souhaitant d\u00e9couvrir les plateaux techniques des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en apprentissage.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019issu de l\u2019enqu\u00eate de satisfaction\u00a061 % ont estim\u00e9 que cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 leurs attentes et l\u2019ensemble des acteurs souhaitent reconduire l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement.<\/p>\n<p>Ce moment d\u2019\u00e9changes a permis de prendre conscience du travail accompli par chacun et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur des axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration. \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p><strong>FORUM DES METIERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Coll\u00e8ge Amiral Pierre Bouvet \u00e0 Saint-Beno\u00eet, a organis\u00e9 son Forum des M\u00e9tiers le mercredi 30 novembre 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Une pr\u00e9sentation ludique a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e par le <strong>C<\/strong>entre de <strong>R<\/strong>essources du <strong>BTP<\/strong> dans le but de sensibiliser les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sur les m\u00e9tiers du B\u00e2timent et de Travaux Publics.<\/p>\n<p>Ces \u00e9l\u00e8ves nous ont fait part de leur \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9couverte\u00a0\u00bb de la diversit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers dans le domaine du BTP, de la m\u00e9connaissance du sigle. Cet outil a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis aux 16 Lyc\u00e9es, relevant de la fili\u00e8re BTP. Cette d\u00e9marche permettra d\u00e9sormais aux enseignants form\u00e9s en Travaux en Hauteur, \u00e0 \u00e9valuer en <strong>ligne<\/strong>, leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p>Cette innovation est un moyen ludique pour l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve, dans son apprentissage et lui permet de d\u00e9velopper une autonomie dans son travail. L\u2019enseignant a de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019avoir un aper\u00e7u sur les points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve.
