Un chantier grandeur nature, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des jeunes \u00e9coliers, qui a permis aux lyc\u00e9ens de mettre en \u0153uvre les savoir-faire de leur sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Les travaux ont couvert les principaux corps de m\u00e9tier de la finition :<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La pose de faux plafonds (dalles sur ossature),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Les travaux de peinture sur murs et cloisons,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">La pose de rev\u00eatements muraux d\u00e9coratifs (papiers peints \u00e0 motifs),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, helvetica, sans-serif\">Pourquoi ces chantiers comptent :<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">Pour un \u00e9l\u00e8ve de Bac Pro, le chantier \u00e9cole est bien plus qu&rsquo;un exercice. Il place les jeunes en conditions r\u00e9elles : un espace \u00e0 transformer, des contraintes de d\u00e9lai, un travail en \u00e9quipe et un r\u00e9sultat visible et durable. Ils y apprennent \u00e0 encha\u00eener les \u00e9tapes d&rsquo;un ouvrage complet, \u00e0 coordonner les t\u00e2ches entre eux, \u00e0 respecter les r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 rendre un travail soign\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">C&rsquo;est aussi une pr\u00e9paration directe \u00e0 l&rsquo;examen et \u00e0 l&rsquo;insertion professionnelle : les gestes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s sur ce type de chantier sont exactement ceux qu&rsquo;ils retrouveront en PFMP et en entreprise. R\u00e9aliser ce projet pour une \u00e9cole primaire donne en plus une dimension concr\u00e8te et utile \u00e0 leur travail : ils transforment un lieu de vie pour de jeunes \u00e9l\u00e8ves, ce qui
