coll\u00e8ge Leconte De Lisle et le Lyc\u00e9e Antoine Roussin, se sont lanc\u00e9s dans l\u2019aventure:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #c9211e;font-size: 16pt\"> <span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">\u00ab\u00a0lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire\u00a0\u00bb<\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">D<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">u 29\/06\/22 au 04\/10\/22<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> une \u00e9quipe compos\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9co-d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">a<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la pes\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">e<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> des aliment<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">s<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">jet\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">s<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> \u00e0 la poubelle <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">lors du repas de midi \u00e0 la cantine <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">du lyc\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Selon la d\u00e9finition adopt\u00e9e par le minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;agriculture dans le cadre du pacte national de lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire, il correspond \u00e0 la perte de nourriture initialement pr\u00e9vue pour la consommation humaine qui est perdue \u00e0 toute partie de la cha\u00eene alimentaire.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">En restauration collective scolaire, les cantines des coll\u00e8ges et des lyc\u00e9es enregistrent les plus gros volumes de pertes et de gaspillages alimentaires <\/span><span style=\"color: #c9211e\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">(179-200 g\/pers\/repas)<\/span><\/strong><b>.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Qu\u2019elle ne fut pas la grosse surprise de constater que des <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">dizaines de <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">kilogrammes d\u2019aliments \u00e9taient jet\u00e9s chaque jour<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">s dans notre cantine.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, cursive\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Face \u00e0 ce terrible constat, l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de ce projet se r\u00e9unira pour mettre en place des actions permettant une <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">r\u00e9duction<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> d<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">u gaspillage <\/span><span
