th\u00e8me de l&rsquo;insertion professionnelle et la m\u00e9thodologie de projet, l&rsquo;association PRODIJ financ\u00e9e par la Cit\u00e9 \u00e9ducative de Saint-Louis intervient au sein du Lyc\u00e9e professionnel Roches Maigres sur 4 ateliers d&rsquo;avril \u00e0 juin 2024 aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 1\u00e8re Bac professionnel Maintenance et Efficacit\u00e9 \u00c9nerg\u00e9tique sous forme d&rsquo;ateliers.<\/p>\n<p>Le 1er atelier a eu lieu le mardi 9 avril, celui-ci s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 par groupe sur les heures d&rsquo;accompagnement renforc\u00e9 avec pour objectif de d\u00e9velopper l&rsquo;envie d&rsquo;agir des jeunes et les encourager \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un projet collectif en introduisant de mani\u00e8re ludique la m\u00e9thodologie de projet.<\/p>\n<p>2 intervenantes L\u00e6titia et Laurence de Prodij, l&rsquo;enseignant de Pr\u00e9vention-Sant\u00e9-Environnement Thomas Fran\u00e7ois et Laure Aubril-Carhon du Bureau des Entreprises ont encadr\u00e9 le 1er atelier.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet des \u00e9l\u00e8ves est de r\u00e9aliser sur ces 4 ateliers et en inter-ateliers des capsules vid\u00e9o pr\u00e9sentant leur m\u00e9tier, leur formation, la vie d&rsquo;un lyc\u00e9en et d&rsquo;un enseignant.<\/p>\n<p>Ils pr\u00e9senteront leurs travaux en juin \u00e0 la classe de 1\u00e8re Bac professionnel M\u00e9tiers du Froid et des \u00c9nergies renouvelables.<\/p>\n<p>Ces capsules vid\u00e9o seront ensuite diffus\u00e9es sur le site du lyc\u00e9e et divers m\u00e9dias afin de valoriser la
