Hello from Cape Town,
We landed safely yesterday at Cape Town airport. Everything went smoothly and the kids were dispatched to their hosts families. There were joyful scenes of children meeting their penfriends one year after their visit to Reunion island, and every body was very happy. Of course, the pupils few reunionese pupils who hadn’t hosted last year were somewhat apprehensive yesterday but this morning everybody had a big smile on their face when we met at 7 :30 in front of the school library.
Today we were hoping to go up Table Mountain but strong winds are preventing us. So, instead a walk to Kalkies with fish and chips it shall be!
