Discovering Piracy in Reunion island
(Adrien, max & Célia, 3e SIB 2022-23)
During our small journey to l’Etang Salé on the 11th , we had a small trip that taught us about Piracy !
It all started with La Grotte du Peuplement. We met a wonderful guide that told us stories about the pirates in the 15th and 16th Centuries.
Then a great treasure hunt started to find out the name of great pirates! The game was adapted in English for us!
We walked around the park surrounds the cave, went to the graveyard before going near the shore.
We then walked along the city before ending at the harbour. We took a break before searching again . We went to a park , the garden of the liberty and then finished the treasure hunt at the church.
We all had fun looking at every places! At the end of the day we were all exhausted but this day was amazing!
